The Physical Planning Unit of Thomas Adewumi University is directly responsible to the Vice - Chancellor for the performance of the following duties :
- Responsible for providing the briefs on all new Projects
- Responsible for preliminary works on new Projects
- Advising the Management on capital projects, design and supervise ongoing capital projects.
- Ensuring that all designs submitted by the consultants conform to the NUC guidelines, user requirements and in-line with the master plan.
