Lukman Bolaji Bello is a passionate academic and researcher with over 7 years experience working with in-school youths in Nigerian communities in the areas of drug abstinence and education coaching programs. Skilled in problem-solving methodology and capacity building, he takes pride in delivering excellent work and taking initiative.
Mr. Bello holds a Masters degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was in Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto between 2008 and 2012, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and received the Pro-Chancellor’s “overall best-behaved student” award in the 2011/2012 academic session. He has delivered numerous public lectures and facilitated many leadership and capacity building training in many universities and secondary schools across the country. He was a student leader in FCT for many years.
Before joining the rapidly growing academic community of TAU, Mr. Bello was the Head of Research and Quality Assurance unit in an Abuja school where he worked. As a biochemist, his research interests includes Enzymology, Bioremediation and Molecular therapeutics. During leisure, he is mostly reading, watching educative programs or teaching Arabic on a virtual platform he founded. In addition to English and Arabic, Mr. Bello speaks Yoruba and Hausa. He hopes to add French to the list soon.
