Barrister Mrs. Leke Mercy Fikayo studied Law at Lagos State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws(LL.B) degree and also bagged an award of Excellence as the Most Outstanding Outgoing Female Student, Lagos State University Faculty of Law class 2013, thereafter she proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Bwari-Abuja in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, she did her mandatory one year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) engagement in Oyo State. She later gained admission to University of Ibadan for her Masters of Laws (LL.M) where she graduated with a PH.D grade, shortly after she finished her masters in 2019 she was employed as a Lecturer II at the College of Law Achievers University Owo, Ondo State, Nigeria where she taught five courses which are: Commercial Law, Nigerian Legal System, Legal Method, Family Law and Business Law at Achievers University (College of Law), she also taught Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and Marketing Students Business Law at Achievers University Owo. She is an accredited peer mediator and a Dispute Resolution Specialist, passed the necessary exams and obtained the following certificates from Negotiation Finishing School in 2011 and Dispute Resolution Associates LTD, certificate of training and proficiency in Dispute Resolution (Settlement House Dispute Resolution Foundation) in 2014. She is now a Lecturer II at Faculty of Law Thomas Adewumi University Oko, Kwara State.
