At least two GCE ‘A’ Level passes in Chemistry, Physics and Biology Or its equivalents Plus UTME requirements.

B.Sc. (not less than second class honours) in a related course.

Candidates must have at least 5 credit passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings.

Transition to DPT

Candidates who hold the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.PT.) or Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (BMR) in Physiotherapy degrees wishing to obtain the DPT may join DPT at 500 level. However, such BPT or BMR candidate who holds a 3^rd class degree or less than 2.40 of CGPA may be considered for admission to join at the 400 level.
