Advertisement for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Positions
Thomas Adewumi University is pleased to announce an advertisement for teaching and non-teaching staff positions in various departments within the university. The university is looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about their work and can bring their expertise to the institution.
Applications are open for the positions of Professor, Reader, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer I, Lecturer II, and Assistant Lecturer in various academic departments, including:
Faculty of Computing & Applied Sciences: Department of Mathematical and Computing Sciences (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics), Physics, and Biological Sciences (Microbiology, Biochemistry)
Faculty of Management & Social Sciences: Department of Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, and Mass Communication
Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences: Department of Anatomy, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy, and Physiology
Faculty of Law: Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Department of Private and Property Law

Basic Requirements for Employment:
Candidates for each position must possess a good B.Sc., a Master's, and a Ph.D. degree from a reputable university with years of qualification experience and scholarly publications.
Professor - At least 15 years post-qualification experience.
Reader - At least 12 years post-qualification experience.
Senior Lecturer - At least 9 years post-qualification experience.
Lecturer I - At least 6 years post-qualification experience and scholarly publications.
Lecturer II - At least 3 years post-qualification experience and scholarly publications.
Assistant Lecturer - Candidates for this position must possess a good B.Sc. and a Master's degree from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale or equivalent.
Non-Teaching Staff Positions: Senior Assistant Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Medical Officer, Confidential Secretary II, Laboratory Technologists (Biochemistry and Microbiology).
Candidates for these positions must possess 5 “O” Level credits (WASSCE/NECO/GCE), including English Language and Mathematics, plus a BA/B.Sc./B.Ed./B.Tech. with a minimum of second class lower and other relevant requirements for each position.
