Thomas Adewumi University is thrilled to announce the launch of TAU Extension (TAUx) our brand-new online learning platform, which is designed to offer high-quality certificate courses as well as provide an exceptional learning experience for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and skills, regardless of their location or schedule.
Built on Edtify® and modelled after world-class Massive Online Open Educational Courses platforms like the MITx and Harvardx, TAUx will provide opportunities for both our on-campus students to acquire additional skills outside of the classroom ready to ensure their global relevance as well as allow those who desire to acquire TAU Certificates in the comfort of their homes, offices or anywhere else. TAUx will issue certificates approved by the Senate of Thomas Adewumi University.
The TAUx platform was features a vast array of short certificate courses with duration ranging from 4-12 weeks, covering a wide range of topics from technology, science, business, humanities, communications and more. Each course is designed by a combination of industry experts and professors to provide learners with the latest insights and practical knowledge in their fields of interest. The platform also features a state-of-the-art learning management system (LMS), which allows learners to learn at their own pace, track their progress, interact with instructors and fellow learners through online forums and discussions.
