TAU Announces partial scholarship for Computer Science and Software Engineering

The Vice-chancellor of Thomas Adewumi University has announced a partial scholarship sponsored by the founder, Dr. Engr. Johnson Adewumi for candidates seeking admission in Computer Science and Software Engineering in the ongoing 2023/23 undergraduate admission.

The announcement is one of the major highlights of the second regular senate meeting of the new administration. The aspirants of the two programs now have a discount of 40% amounting to an expected total fee of Five Hundred Thousand Naira only (#500,000) including accommodation.

Thomas Adewumi University Senate held its second regular meeting earlier on Thursday at the University’s Senate Chamber. The Chairperson of the University Senate, and the Vice-chancellor, Professor Francisca Oladipo opened the meeting with her official remark.

In her remark, she commended the founder, Dr. J.B.O Adewumi, and the co-founder, Dr. (Mrs.) Gloria Adewumi, the pioneer Vice-Chancellor, Professor Luke Ayorinde, appreciated her colleagues present at the meeting, for the wonderful foundation that has been established and for the support given to her administration so far.

She continued by summarizing the promises the administration made on her inauguration on the 1st of August, 2022, and emphasized the fulfillment of these pledges to TAU.
 
The meeting continued with the registrar reading the minute of the second extraordinary meeting, the adoption of the minute, and other academics matter were discussed.
