In an exhilarating development for the academic community, Thomas Adewumi University (TAU) has just received a second wave of literary treasures from esteemed Professors at Bowie University in Maryland, USA. The university, which has been fostering a fruitful partnership with Bowie University, received a substantial gift of 88 books, adding to the intellectual wealth of its library.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Francisca Oladipo expressed her gratitude for the collaborative efforts and the incredible contribution from the Professors of Bowie University. She revealed that she embarked on a research-driven book drive, and, with the assistance of Dr. Augustin Ntembe (Associate Dean, College of Business, Bowie University), Dr. Benjamin Arah (Department Chair/Professor, Department of History & Government, Bowie University), Tolulope Oladipo( Professor, Department of Computer Science, Bowie University), and David Anyiwo (Professor, Department of Management Information Systems), whose dedication made this remarkable book drive possible, the University successfully procured and received the books.
The collection of books spans a diverse array of subjects, including Research, Computer Science, Software, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, and more, enriching TAU's academic resources. These valuable additions to the University's library are anticipated to significantly enhance the academic resources available to students and faculty.
