In pursuit of professional growth and administrative excellence, members of the Registry team at Thomas Adewumi University virtually participated in the University of Ibadan Registry 2025 Discourse held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan.

The discourse, themed "Exploring the Interplay between Leadership and Human Behaviour: The Archway to Effective Administration," featured a keynote lecture by Professor Catherine O. Chowen from the Department of Psychology, University of Ibadan. 

In her address, Professor Chowen highlighted the fundamental role of leadership in strengthening an efficient administrative system. She emphasized collaboration, ethical decision-making, and behavioral principles such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Ethical Behavior as key drivers of effective leadership and administration.
