Establishment of the Faculty of Engineering: Under her dynamic leadership, Thomas Adewumi University reached new heights with the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering. This significant milestone has opened doors for aspiring engineers to receive a world-class education, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to tackle real-world challenges and drive innovation.
Full Accreditation for the Nursing Science Department: Her unwavering commitment to academic excellence and quality education resulted in the full accreditation of the TAU Nursing Science programme. This achievement not only affirms the dedication of the faculty and staff but also ensures that the Nursing students receive the highest standard of education and training.
Establishment of the Faculty of Law: Continuing her pursuit of academic excellence, Prof. Francisca spearheaded the establishment of the Faculty of Law. Hosting IndabaX Nigeria Conference: Thomas Adewumi University proudly hosted the prestigious IndabaX Conference under the visionary leadership of Prof. Francisca Oladipo, making it the first private university to host IndabaX in Nigeria. TAU Global Campus: Through her strategic vision, Prof. Francisca initiated the TAU Global Campus, TAU extends its influence through online certifications like TAUx, an online skills academy for industry-relevant learning; TAUtch, for Basic Education level teacher training; TAUxcEd, executive education for busy business executives; TAUg, specialized training for newly elected or appointed public officials, and TAUvocEd, an online skills academy for young learners.
Global Partnerships and Collaborations: TAU have collaborations and linkages with renowned Global brands and Universities like Google Research, University of Central Oklahoma, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Bowie State University, USA, Namibia University of Science and Technology, Huawei, IBM Skills, Oracle Academy and a host of others to foster research, exchange programs, and knowledge sharing under her leadership.
