The Management, Staff, and Students of Thomas Adewumi University (TAU), Oko, Kwara State, join the larger academic and professional communities across Nigeria in mourning the passing of Professor Tosan Erhabor, the esteemed Registrar of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
Professor Erhabor, a highly respected figure in the field of Medical Laboratory Science, passed away after a brief illness. His leadership, vision, and commitment to advancing the profession have left a profound impact on the health and academic sectors. As an institution running a fully accredited Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS) programme, TAU recognizes and appreciates the pivotal role Prof. Erhabor played in shaping standards and supporting academic excellence in medical laboratory education nationwide.
Speaking on behalf of the University community, the Registrar, Mr. Fisoye O. Kolawole, expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, the leadership and staff of MLSCN, and the entire medical laboratory science profession in Nigeria.
