For an update on work done so far in every department and unit of Thomas Adewumi university to the vice-chancellor, a meeting took place in the early hours of Tuesday, 4th August 2022. After the presentation by the heads of departments and units, the new vice-chancellor and registrar made their comments and recommendations afterward.

Some highlights of the meeting include; how to move TAU forward, reviewing and revising some of the methods of operation, ideas on how to improve students’ welfare, such as training from international institutions for Thomas Adewumi University Students, and exchange programs of staff from University of Oklahoma, USA. Virtual training by a member of faculty, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, amongst others.

Having deliberated on some prominent issues regarding university operation, students’ welfare, and staff development. The meeting was brought to an end by the chancellor. Others in attendance were the members of the Board of Trustees, the co-founder, and the management staff of Thomas Adewumi University.
