TAU Vice-chancellor Delivers Inaugural Lecture At Home-University, FUL.

Our amiable Vice-chancellor, Professor Francisca O. Oladipo, had her inaugural lecture at her Home-University, Federal University Lokoja, FUL, today, 16th November 2022. To commemorate the 8th  inaugural lecture of the University.

 

The lecture themed: ” If you want to go far, go fairy; Reconnoitering an emerging computing paradigm”, was one delivered with so much excellence, clarity, and understanding. The lecture was not only information-packed but also clear to a lame man.

 

The occasion was graced by Our chancellor and Co-founder, Engr. & Dr. (Mrs.) J.B.O Adewumi, Senior Staff members and Principal Officers of Thomas Adewumi University, Data Scientists from Kampala International University (KIU), Uganda, and people from all works of life.

 

The inaugural lecture ended with reviews from senior citizens who have had to work with Professor Francisca Oladipo over the years, giving their positive reviews of her diligence and competence and presentation of gifts to the woman of the hour.

TAU appoints steering committees for new programmes

Another giant step has been taken as TAU inaugurates the steering committees for the establishment of two new programmes namely: Public Health and Environmental Sciences which will be domiciled in the Faculty of Basic Medical and Health Sciences. While the Faculty of Engineering will house three (3) basic Engineering programmes namely: Electrical, Civil and Chemical Engineering. This new development was revealed during the Fourth (4th) regular Senate meeting of the University, on Thursday 26th January, 2023.
