Mass Communications are: surveillance, correlation, cultural transmission and entertainment. In many ways, the four functions of mass communication are still relevant and transferable to contemporary media.
Mass communication functions to validate the status and norms of particular individuals, movements, organizations, or products. The validation of particular people or groups serves to enforce social norms
Test Registration & Fee :

- 4. Schedule your tests for the relevant faculty entry
- 5. Wait until you get an email
- 6. Continue payment and
- 7. Take the test on a predetermined schedule
Admission Requirements (2021/2022 Academic Admission)
Five O’ Level Credit passes to include English Language, Literature-in-English, Mathematics and two of Arts/Social Sciences subjects at not more than two sittings.
National Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations and Advertising, Marketing and any other related discipline in addition to UTME requirements.
Candidates with at least two A’ level passes in relevant subjects may be considered.
English Language and any three Arts and/or social science subjects.
